Text messages and related contact details may be retained for scheduling, customer service, and program administration. When visiting the website, technical data may also be collected, including device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location, pages viewed, and links clicked.

By registering or submitting your information, you consent to being added to the PQB Athletic email list.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided. Operational or service-related messages may continue as required for participation.

As part of a multi-week course, your name, phone number, and email address may be shared with other registered participants within your specific class for coordination and communication purposes.

Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate the business, including payment processors, email service providers, and secure data storage platforms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

A profile photograph is taken of each participant for internal client records.

Client profile cards, which may include your name and photograph, may be shared with other participants within your class for in-class identification and program purposes.

Once shared within the class, PQB Athletic does not control how participants further distribute this information and accepts no responsibility for participant-to-participant sharing.

All participants are bound by agreement not to post, publish, or distribute participant cards or related materials online. These materials are for personal, in-class use only.

We don’t photograph, video or record any part of your training session for business and promotional purposes as our default standard.

Our marketing plan does not include clients and their training, and any imagery you see of clients training are from previously arranged agreements. We reserve the right to film speaking presentations and community workshops. Clients may film their training sessions only without their trainer in view.

Sometimes we take photos with our clients for google review usage which may also show up in marketing content.

Client onboarding includes a headshot photo which is kept private for your file. This allows better ability to learn names and personalizes our work experience better.
