Every purchase includes local sourcing, receiving, inspection, unpacking, full assembly, in-home delivery, placement, setup, product orientation and help getting comfortable with how it works.
It will be Catt delivering it to you, so she’ll chat with you to make sure it’s right physically, and ergonomically. She will bring the boxes with her, so you’ve got no extra recycling!

Yes, as long as you live within 10 or so kms of downtown Qualicum Beach or Parksville.

Usually 7-10 days. Depending on shipping, customs and other variables. We order the items after we’ve sold them, rather than carrying inventory.

Refunds are available on eligible purchases, unused, undamaged condition only when we can get a refund and return through our supplier. Once this refund is approved, we’ll refund you - minus the $125 included service fee. If the supplier doesn’t approve the return, we are unable to refund you for any reason.
