Many people go thought life without ever learning how to train independently.

Plenty of people attend classes, do personal training, or follow programs for years, uncertain about working out on their own. Common questions:

  • How much weight is appropriate?

  • Which exercises should come first?

  • How do you know when it's time to progress?

  • What should happen when an exercise becomes easy?

Training is a life skill like cooking, driving, and cleaning. It’s something that can be learnt with the right information, and practice implementing it. Like anything, theres a right way and wrong, but ultimately if the result is there, how you do it doesn’t matter as much as people are brainwashed to believe.


Lack of knowledge often gets mistaken for lack of motivation.

Consistency becomes difficult when working out is a guessing game. Like learning the directions in a new town, if you always have someone else driving, you likely won’t pay attention enough to learn the route. This will keep your confidence low in your navigation skills.
